Fried Fish

Garlic paste - 1 tbsp.

Salt & Pepper

Oil - 1/4 cup

Chilli powder - 1 tbsp.

Turmeric - 1 tsp

Swordfish - 1 lb. 1 inch strips

AP Flour - 3/4 cup

In a large bowl add Garlic paste, Salt, Pepper, Oil, Chilli powder, Turmeric and 2 tbsp. Water. Add the Fish and toss to coat. Refrigerate covered for at least 4 hours.

Spread the AP Flour in a shallow bowl. Remove the Fish from the marinade and coat it in the AP Flour, using your fingers to press the AP Flour into the Fish.
