Gobi Pakora

Cauliflower florets - 3 cup

Ginger - 1 tsp, grated

Green chili - 2, minced

Cilantro

Besan - 1/3 cup

Corn Starch - 3 tbsp.

Cumin seeds - 1/2 tsp

Coriander powder - 2 tsp

Chili powder - 1/2 tsp

Baking soda - 1/8 tsp

Salt


In a large bowl mix all the ingredients together and mix well adding little water at a time.


Deep fry the Cauliflowers until they turn golden brown and transfer them to a paper towel lined plate.
