Oil – 1 tbsp.
Mustard – 1/2 tsp
Urad Dal – 1/4 tsp
Asafoetida – a pinch
Onion – 1, diced
Green Chilli – 2
Curry Leaves
Cabbage – 4 cup, chopped
Beans – 1 cup, chopped
Carrot – 1 cup, chopped
Peas – 1 cup
Green Gram Dal – 1/2 cup, soaked in Water
Salt
Coconut Gratings – 1/2 cup
Heat Oil in a large pan. and temper Mustard, Urad dal, and Asafoetida.
Add Onion, Geen Chilli and Curry leaves ans saute until the Onion turns translucent.
Now, add all the chopped vegetables and soaked Moong dhal to the pan along with required Salt and mix well. Cook closed for 12 min or until the vegetables are done.
Finally, add grated Coconut and mix everything well once again. Remove from heat and serve warm with Rice.
