Maida – 2 cup
Curd - 1 cup
Black Pepper - 1 tsp
Cumin seeds – 1 tsp
Asafetida - 1/4 tsp
Baking Soda - 1/2 tsp
Green chilli – 2, minced
Fresh Ginger - a small pc, minced
Salt
Oil for deep frying
In alarge bowl add Maida, Curd, Black pepper, Cumin, Asafetida, Baking Soda, chopped Green chillies, Ginger and required Salt. Adding little Water at a time make loose dough, like Medhu Vada Dough.
Heat Oil in a medium pan. When it is hot, take a lemon size dough and drop in hot Oil. Deep fry in Oil till it become golden brown.
Serve warm with spicy chutney.
