Chicken - 1 lb., boneless
Turmeric
Chilli Powder - 1 tsp
Coriander Powder - 1 tsp
Garam Masala - 1 tsp
Ginger Garlic paste - 1 tsp
Fennel seeds - 1 tsp
Salt
Pepper
Lemon Juice
Besan - 3/4 cup
Corn Flour - 1 tbsp.
Egg White - 1
Oil
Onion - 1, sliced
Curry Leaves
Green Chilli - 4, slit
In a bowl add the Chicken along with Turmeric, Chilli, Coriander, Garam Masala, Fennel, Ginger Garlic paste, Lemon juice, required Salt and Pepper. Mix well so that the masala coats all pieces of the Chicken.
Add Besan, Corn Flour and Egg white. Give a good mix and let the Chicken marinate in this mixture for about 1 hour.
To the prepared Batter add Onion, Green Chilli and Curry leaves.
Drop the Batter like scattered Dumplings in hot Oil. and deep fry them until golden, about 12 min. Keep aside in paper lined plate.
Serve hot with a cup of Masala Chai.
