Guacamole

Avocado - 2, peeled, pitted, and diced

Garlic - 1/4 tsp, minced

Jalapeno - 1/2 tsp

Tomato - 1/4 cup, diced

Onion - 1/4 cup, diced

Cayenne Pepper - 1/2 tsp

Salt

Lime Juice

Cilantro


Place the avocados in a mortar along with the garlic and jalapeño, and mash with the pestle until the avocados are creamy yet still chunky.


Add the tomato, onion, and salt as needed. Drizzle with lime juice and sprinkle with cilantro, then stir and taste again.


Serve immediately with tortilla chips. The avocados oxidize quickly and can turn black.
