Kondai Kadalai Vadai

Chickpea – 1 cup, soaked in Water overnight

Red Chilli – 2

Green Chilli – 2

Fennel – 1 tsp

Fresh Ginger – a small pc

Garlic flakes – 4

Onion – 1, diced

Mint - 1/4 cup

Cilantro - 1/4 cup

Asafetida - a pinch

Salt

Oil


In a blender add the Chickpeas, Red chilli, Green chilli, Fennel, Ginger, Garlic flakes and grind to a coarse paste. Transfer this mixture to a blender and add chopped Onion, Mint, Cilantro, Salt, Asafetida and mix well.


Take a small lemon size dough and flatten it slightly and deep fry it in Oil until it turns golden brown.
