Papdi - 12

Chickpea - 1 cup, cooked

Potato - 1 cup, steamed and diced

Onion - 1, diced

Cumin powder - 1 tsp

Chaat Masala - 2 tsp

Chilli Powder - 1/2 tsp

Salt

Tamarind Chutney

Mint Chutney

Lemon juice

Cilantro

Sev


In a large bowl add the Papdi, Chickpea, Potato, Onion, Cumin powder, Chaat Masala, Chilli powder, Salt, Tamarind Chutney, Mint Chutney, Lemon juice, Cilantro and Sev.

Mix well and enjoy right away.
