Potato – 4, cubed
Cilantro - 1 cup
Green Chilli – 4
Ginger – a small pc
Oil – 2 tbsp.
Cumin seeds – 1 tsp
Salt
Grind Cilantro, Ginger and Green chillies to a fine paste.
Heat Oil in a skillet and temper Cumin seeds.
Add the Potato pieces and saute until it begins to brown.
Now add the prepared Cilantro paste along with required Salt. Mix well.
Stir fry till the Cilantro paste blends well with the Potatoes and fried crisp.
