Idly Dosa Batter - 2 cup

Rawa - 1 tbsp.

Rice Flour - 1 tbsp.

Onion - 1/2 cup, chopped

Ginger - a small pc., grated

Green Chilli - 2, minced

Cilantro

Cumin seeds - 1 tsp

Salt

Oil

Take Dosa batter in a large bowl, add in Rawa, Rice flour, Onion, Ginger, Green Chilli, Cilantro, Cumin seeds and required salt. Mix well and keep aside.

Now dip your hand in water, and make small balls with the mixture and deep fry them in hot Oil until golden.

Remove from heat and transfer them to a paper towel lined plate.

Serve warm with desired Chutney.
