Yam Fry

Oil - 2 tbsp.
Yam - 1 cup, diced
Turmeric - 1 tsp
Sambhar powder - 1 tbsp.
Asafetida - 1/4 tsp
Tamarind juice - 2 tbsp.
Salt
Rice Flour - 2 tsp
Heat Oil in a medium pan. Add the Yam along with Turmeric, Sambhar powder, Asafetida, Tamarind juice and required Salt. Mix well and cook closed for 10 min or until the Yam is cooked through.
Now add Rice flour and mix well until the Yam is crisp and golden.
Serve warm with Rice and Rasam.
