Methi Malai Mater

Oil – 1 tbsp. Cumin seeds – 1/2 tsp Dry Red Chilies – 2

Turmeric - 1/4 tsp

Onion – 1/2, diced Ginger Garlic paste– 1 tsp Tomato – 1, diced

Green Peas - 2 cup Coriander Powder – 1 tsp Garam Masala – 1 tsp Chili Powder – 1 tsp

Salt

Fenugreek Leaves – 1 bunch, washed and chopped

Heavy Cream – 1 cup Heat Oil in a medium pan and temper Cumin seeds, Dry Red Chilies and Turmeric. Add Onion and saute until translucent. Add Ginger Garlic paste and cook until the raw smell goes away. Add Tomatoes and cook closed for 5 min. Add Green Peas, Coriander Powder, Garam Masala, Chili Powder and required Salt. Mix well, cover and cook closed for 5 min. Stir in chopped Fenugreek and cook closed for another 5 min. Add in Heavy Cream, mix well and bring to a just boil. Serve hot with Chapati, Naan or Rice.
