Paneer Bhurji

Oil - 2 tbsp.
Cumin seeds - 1 tsp
Onion - 1, diced
Tomato - 1, diced
Pav Bhaji Masala - 1 tsp
Turmeric - 1/2 tsp
Chilli powder - 1/2 tsp
Green Chillies - 2, minced
Paneer - 1 cup, mashed
Cilantro
Salt
Heat Oil in a medium pan and temper Cumin seeds.
Add the Onions and sauté until translucent.
Add the Tomatoes, and cook closed for 5 min, or until the Tomatoes are soft.
Season the mixture with Pav Bhaji masala, Turmeric, Chilli powder, Green Chillies and saute until the raw smell goes away.
Now add the mashed Paneer, Salt, Cilantro and 1 tbsp. Water. Mix well and cook on medium flame for 5 minutes, while stirring occasionally.
Serve hot!
