Quick Fried Rice with Shrimp and Peas

Soy Sauce - 2 tbsp.

Chilli pastes - 1 tbsp.

Honey - 1 tbsp.

Oil - 2 tbsp.

Shrimp - 1/2 cup

Egg - 2, lightly beaten

Rice - 2 cup, cooked

Peas - 1/2 cup

Garlic - 3 cloves, minced

Peanuts - 2 tbsp., roasted

Salt


Combine Soy sauce, Chilli paste, and Honey in a bowl. Keep aside,


Heat 1 tbsp. Oil in a skillet. Add Shrimp to pan, and stir-fry 2 minutes. Add cooked Shrimp to the Soy sauce mixture; toss to coat.


Add 1 tbsp. Oil to pan; and add the Egg mixture. Scramble the Eggs for 45 seconds or until set. Remove from heat and keep aside.


Add Rice, Peas, Garlic, Soy Sauce mixture with Shrimp, Peanuts and Salt; stir-fry for 4 min or until thoroughly heated.
