Kerala Beef Roast

Beef - 1 lb., boneless
Turmeric - 1 tsp
Chilli Powder - 1 tsp
Coriander Powder - 2 tsp
Fennel Powder – 2 tsp
Pepper - 1 tsp
Garam Masala - 1 tsp
Salt
Oil – 2 tbsp.
Onion - 1, chopped
Ginger Garlic Paste - 2 tsp
Cilantro
Marinate the Beef with Turmeric, Chilli, Coriander, Fennel, Pepper, Garam Masala and required Salt for at least 1 hour.
Heat Oil in a large pan.
Add Onion and cook until translucent.
Add Ginger Garlic paste and cook until the raw smell goes away.
Add in marinated Beef along with 1/2 cup Water. Mix well and cook closed until Beef is completely cooked through and becomes dark brown in color.
Turn of heat and garnish with Cilantro.
