Turai and Milk Curry

Oil - 2 tbsp.
Mustard - 1/2 tsp
Urad Dhal - 1/4 tsp
Cumin seeds - 1/2 tsp
Red Chilli - 2
Channa Dhal - 1 tsp
Onion - 1, chopped
Green Chilli - 3, slit
Curry Leaves
Ridge Gourd - 2 cup, cubed
Turmeric - 1/2 tsp
Chilli powder - 1/2 tsp
Coriander powder - 1/2 tsp
Milk - 1 cup
Heat Oil in a medium pan.
Temper Mustard, Urad dhal, Cumin seeds, Red Chilli and Channa dhal.
Add the Onion along with Green Chilli and Curry leaves; saute the Onion begins to turn translucent.
Add the Ridge Gourd and season with Turmeric, Chilli powder, Coriander powder and required Salt.
Add the Milk and bring to a boil; cook closed on medium heat for about 10 to 15 minutes.
