Milk - 2 cup

Sugar - 1/2 cup

Custard Powder - 2 1/2 tbsp

Mango, Banana, Grapes, Apple - bite sized

Pound Cake - cubed


Bring Milk to boil on medium heat for about 5 min. Add Sugar and keep stirring continuously to prevent burning at the bottom.


In a small bowl add the Custard powder and stir in 1/4 cup of the prepared Milk at luke warm temperature. Keep on stirring making sure there is no lumps.


Add the prepared Custard mixture to the boild Milk and whisk util it begins to thicken. Transfer the preapred Custard to a bowl and refrigerate for 2 hours.


In anoher bowl add the diced Fruits along with Pound Cake. Add the Custard mixture to the fruits and mix well.


Serve Chilled!

Tomato – 2, pureed

Onion – 1, diced

Green Chilly – 2, diced

Sambar Powder – 1 tsp

Turmeric Powder – 1/4 tsp

Oil – 1 tbsp.

Mustard – 1/2 tsp

Urad dhal – 1 tsp

Cumin – 1/2 tsp

Asafetida – 2 pinches

Curry Leaves

Salt


Heat Oil in a pot and temper Mustard, Urad dhal, Cumin and Asafetida.


Add Onion, Green chillies and Curry leaves. Sauté till the onion turns translucent.


Add Tomato puree along with Sambar powder, Turmeric and required Salt. Cook closed for 15 min and remove from heat.


Serve warm with Rice.

Pineapple - 2 cups, cubed

Coconut Milk - 1 cup

Ginger - a small pc.

Lime juice

Sugar - to taste

Ice cubes

Few Pineapple wedges for garnishing


In a blender add the Pineapple cubes along with Coconut Milk, Ginger, Lime juice, Sugar, Ice cubes and 1/2 cup Water. Blend until smooth and frothy.


Pour the drink into two tall chilled glasses and garnish with Pineapple slices.
