Egg Korma

Ghee + Oil - 3 tbsp.

Whole Garam masala

Onion - 1 cup, pureed

Ginger Garlic paste - 2 tbsp.

Turmeric - 1/2 tsp

Chilli powder - 1 tsp

Egg - 12, hard boiled

Milk - 1/2 cup


Heat Ghee and Oil in a medium pan. Temper Whole Garam masala until fragrant.


Add Onion paste and saute until golden.


Add Ginger Garlic paste and saute until the raw smell goes away.


Season the mixture with Turmeric, Chilli powder and saute until the raw smell goes away.


Add the hard boiled Eggs and saute for about 5 min.


Now add Milk and cook closed for 10 min,


Turn off heat and garnish with Cilantro and Green Chillies
